KCD cabinets are finished with high-quality, post-catalyzed conversion varnish—a premium coating known for its exceptional durability, chemical resistance, and long-lasting protection.
We partner with multiple trusted vendors who follow rigorous industry standards, including the same finishing process and inspection criteria used by Sherwin-Williams. Additionally, KCD Quality Control Technicians are stationed at each of our factories to ensure consistency and uphold our standards.
We use 6 layers of paint, which is 20% thicker than our competitors.
